Hi, I'm Tess ♡
I am a Kingdom Factor Coach and the founder of Soul Powered Leaders, where I walk alongside high-achieving leaders who desire to lead with faith, integrity, and wholeness.
Based in Minnesota, I serve Christian business leaders both locally and nationally.
My work supports entrepreneurs, executives, and marketplace leaders who are successful on the outside and ready to lead from alignment, peace, and purpose. Through a blend of practical leadership development and spiritual formation, I help leaders move beyond burnout, pressure, and isolation into clarity, confidence, and sustainable influence.
I am passionate about creating space for honest conversation, faith-centered growth, and meaningful connection. Within Kingdom Factor, I serve leaders who want to integrate their faith into real-world decisions, strengthen their leadership, and steward their calling with wisdom and courage—without sacrificing their health, relationships, or inner peace.
